Online Purchases

• Returns postmarked within 10 days of package delivery date → Refund to original payment method.
• Returns postmarked within 11–15 days → Store credit issued.
• Returns postmarked 16+ days after delivery date → Not accepted.

Item Condition Requirements

• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from outside odors (smoke, pets, etc.).
• Ember Market reserves the right to refuse returns not meeting these expectations.
• Final Sale items (including accessories, beauty products, and discounted merchandise) are non-returnable.
